Peanut Butter Granola Bites are a quick and easy way to keep your energy level going strong all day long.

Granola Bites For Energy
It’s mid-morning and you start to lose focus. Breakfast seems so long ago, but you’ve still got a couple of hours until your lunch break.
We all get that mid-morning (or mid-afternoon) slow down, and it can really derail our focus.
We find that a little bit of healthy, fruit-based sugar and some protein is just the thing to get us back on focus.
Our Peanut Butter Granola Bites Recipe
These peanut butter energy bites are easy to make and even easier to throw in a container and take with you on the go. Just one of these bites packs a lot of protein to keep you going, fiber to keep you full, and just enough sugar to restart your engine.
These no-bake bites are quick to make and super tasty with good-for-you ingredients like peanut butter and local honey. We add some oats, wheat bran, and ground flax seed to really pump up the fiber and nutrition.
What’s your favorite mid-morning snack?
