Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Cupcakes
It's a cookie and a brownie, all rolled into one. These Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Cupcakes mean you no longer have to choose just one.

Why Choose One Dessert?
This crazy concoction is the child of indecisiveness.
We love cupcakes, (chocolate cupcakes to be precise if you ask Tim). And, rich, fudgy brownies. But, a good chocolate chip cookie always holds a special place in our heart.
It's always just so hard to pick one!
Then, there was the hair-brained, late-night idea to combine them all...

Chocolate Chip Cookie Brownie Cupcakes Recipe
It's a simple concept, one of those "it's so crazy it just might work" ideas.
So, we took a favorite brownie batter, and a favorite cookie dough, popped them together in a muffin tin, and crossed our fingers.
Perfectly portioned, with a delicate balance of soft, springy, dense, and chocolaty, these give you the satisfaction of a cookie and brownie in one cupcake-like dessert. You don't have to keep going back for a little taste of this and that - it's all right there.
Or, you can go back for another.
Because, they're just that good.
Not Too Sweet
These treats are also just sweet enough.
We don't like our sweets overpoweringly, give-you-an-immediate-sugar-high sweet. Just enough is perfect.
As an added bonus, cutting the sugar back in these allows the chocolate to really shine.
Because, let's be honest, if you're reaching for a chocolate chip cookie or a brownie, your really looking for that chocolate fix.
Right?
